  1. Account types

4.1 When creating an account you can choose from 2 account types:

  • Entrepreneur: this account type gives you access to assignments published by other users (customers)

  • Customer: this account type gives you access to placing orders and selecting candidates to perform the task./p>

4.2 It is not possible to use two account types with one account.

  1. Premium account for Entrepreneurs

5.1 The basic entrepreneur account type has limited access to the content of the assignments and with the basic account type you cannot apply for placed assignments. To gain full access to the content, entrepreneurs can purchase a premium account that provides unlimited access to all features of the entrepreneur account type.

5.2 The premium account is active for a certain period of time, which can be chosen during the purchase. You can choose 1 month, 6 months or 12 months.

5.3 You may cancel your subscription with one month's notice and the remainder of your subscription period will be refunded.

  1. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images and logos, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights as applicable.

6.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or otherwise use any of the content on our website without our prior written permission.

  1. Enforcement

7.1 We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem to be in breach of these Terms without prior notice.

7.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts of any user who violates these Terms.

7.3 Users who violate these Terms and Conditions are not entitled to a refund of the premium account costs.
